The Lifestyle Nutrition Management Approach
Many people suffer from allergies to foods or food additives. Beyond the suffering due to their symptoms, the principal problems are identifying exactly what is causing the allergic reaction, and in developing a nutritionally sound diet that avoids the problematic foods.
Our approach is to systematically test foods to identify what is producing the allergic reaction. Once we know what foods must be avoided, we can identify how to compensate for their loss in the diet. Normally this is by substituting other foods, but in rare cases supplements may be required.
